Hi, I realized recently that I shot up to like 18% bodyfat and am now trying to cut some of it off before I start lean bulking. I added 15 mins HIIT cardio into my training before weight lifting and started drinking like 8-10 cups green tea to help speed up the process a bit. Do you guys think this is wise? The research I've done stated there's nothing wrong with a lot of green tea unless its over 10 cups/day or if there are adverse reactions but so far I'm good. I've also cut my caloric intake down to 1500cals/day. Thoughts? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
